Short Bio

Xavier is an active member of the Agile communities in Belgium, Spain and Argentina. He is a regular contributor to the scrumdevelopment mailing list and has hosted sessions or given presentations at several international conferences over the last two years. As an Agile Coach and Agile Project Manager, he has coached and managed teams of up to 50 people in complex project enviroments.

In February 2009, Xavier started the Visual Management Blog, a space for the discussion of ideas and examples of Visual Management applied to Agile teams and Agile project management.
