Short Bio

I am a practising agile coach and trainer specialising in the rapid transition of multiple teams through intensive coaching.

Driven by a deep belief that working in an agile way benefits not only the product and the corporate bottom line but also enhances the quality of life and state of mind of those involved in it.

I have been involved in every phase of waterfall and understand what is required to help organisations transition to agility. My firm belief is that organisations in any kind of competetive environment have to prepare to transition at some point (a case of when, not if they go agile). The standard has been raised and the good agile practice is that standard.
