Short Bio

Eric is an EMC Consulting Agile Practice Lead for the United States. He works closely with the EMEA Agile Coaching Group (formerly Conchango) to provide a strong focus on agile delivery and coaching.

As an aspect of his various roles, he has followed the various software development and management methodologies with great interest over the last half decade. His entry to agile management approaches came through Cockburn’s Crystal Methods, into a few years of Feature Driven Development, then transitioned to an extremely lean interpretation of the MSF for CMMI, forward through Scrum, and onward to the leading edge of Kanban based software approaches. Throughout these eight years he has repeatedly adapted the popular definitions of the processes to fit with specific client, engineering, and regulatory environments with great success.
