Short Bio: I have been involved with agile since 2001, where I ran a workshop with Kent Beck at the first XP Universe conference in Raleigh . My work has been focusing on the economics and effectiveness of agile practices and test-driven devleopment. I have served on the organizing and program committees of most XP/Agile series of conferences since 2002. I was program co-chair of XP/Agile Universe held in Calgary in 2004.
