Short Bio

Abby Fichtner is an Agile Developer and Coach who has been developing custom software applications wearing every hat imaginable since ‘94. She has spent the last 8 years in various hands-on, player/coach roles, helping organizations ranging from commercial startups to government agencies to improve their effectiveness in software development through coaching, mentoring, and training. With a background in startups and a passion for pushing the limits on how we can most effectively develop great, quality software while having fun doing it, agile has been a natural fit for the way Abby thinks about software.
