Short Bio

For the past 10 years, Jackson has been helping companies and academic institutions design and build engaging and usable web sites and applications. He brings a passion for cognitive and social psychology to the user research, user testing, information architecture, and interaction design efforts at Viget Labs. In addition, Jackson is active in the User Experience community, providing leadership to the Triangle UPA chapter, organizing conferences like DCampSouth, and speaking at events such as DC Design Talks and Refresh the Triangle. Jackson earned his BS in Computer Science from The University of Colorado at Boulder, and his MS Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
