Lars was among the first in Denmark to use eXtreme Programming back in 2000. Translated Kent Beck’s first book to Danish. Founder of major Danish agile consultant company BestBrains, started in 2001, currently at 8 people. Frequent speaker at Danish conferences. Gave a workshop at XP 2004 and spoke at OOPSLA 2006. Currently focused on creating mutual benefit contracts for delivering software solutions to customers, aka agile contracts.
