Having held senior positions in healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and Product Management, Mike brings over 20 years experience managing all areas of software development, operations, and support. He is a well known and respected contributor to the Scrum, Agile, and Lean software community as well as a Certified Scrum Practitioner and a PMI Project Management Professional. Prior to BigVisible, Mike coached with Rally Software, a premier Agile product and services company focusing on Agile methods and the Rally Tool. He is also founded 3SidedCoin, an Agile innovation company where he developed his ground breaking work bringing Agility to Operations and Support. Mike has an MBA from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an undergraduate degree from Clark University.
