Short Bio: I have been a software developer and software development manager for about 25 years, and I discovered scrum about 5 years ago as a Development Manager at Amazon.com. I followed the CSM - CSP - CST path while delivering a very large product right on schedule, to everybody’s surprise. Soon thereafter, I moved to a fulltime scrum trainer/coach position at Amazon and helped teams that voluntarily chose to implement scrum. Recently, I moved to the world of scrum consulting in order to get fully into my career as a scrum trainer and coach and to have exposure to scrum at many different companies and in a wide range of industries.
