Only Dead Agilists Don’t Ask Questions

If you’re a practicing Agilist who has tough questions about Agile methods, how they fit together, or how they can be more widely adopted in your organization, then this session is for you. This energy-filled workshop explores the central themes of Agile Project Leadership, why they work, when they don’t and why. Delegates are expected to come with their difficult questions about Agile. Answers will be explored and shared in a fun and interactive way.

Process/Mechanics

The presenter will spend the first 15 minutes of the workshop quickly going deeper into the key elements of Agile Project Leadership in order to stimulate questions from the participants. He will then open the floor to participants to ask their tough questions, share challenges and find solutions together. This facilitated “open floor” workshop will make the session interesting, thought-provoking and fun.

Learning outcomes
  • Many of the elements of Agile are counter-intuitive for project leaders—what naturally emerges are questions—lots of questions. Participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Review the key elements of Agile Project Leadership and why they deliver the right results faster.
  • Share challenging experiences as an Agile Project Leader and get ideas on how to conquer those challenges
  • Ask the tough questions about Agile Project Leadership and gain insights and answers
