I have uploaded a copy of the Agile Architecture on a slide from the presentation. the presentation goes into ways to snure this occurs as the Agile process in a organization scales, or as a project scales. While this is partially organizational it is also very much on the frontier as the presentation shows how a scrum team of architects can be formed to merge the strategic and the tactical to form an operaitional implementation fo Scrum that serves cross project needs and creates a lean and compliant set of standards, patterns and services that can incrementalloy as well as iterative move forward. I hesitate to go into greater detail as it looks almost too academic to be useful. The surprising part of the whole thing to me is that everything in this comes from teams of architectes who worked with me finding what and how this works.

Using a presentation that has generated great success, we will first describe what has been learned and then open the conversation up to the group. The presentation takes about 30 -40 minutes and address the Frequently Asked Questions that Architects, Product owners and stakeholders have put forth and the answers that have rung true.

Does Architecture exist within Agile Principles? Where does the Architecture happen? How Can it scale with Agile’s acceptance? What does the organizaton of Architecture and Architects look like as it scales? How are the tactical archiitecture needs of teams and projects melded with Organizational Architecture plans and direction? Where does Architecture fit in an Agile work flow?

During this discourse the audience will create stickies with the thoughts, comments, and questions. we will take 15 minutes to organize the teams thoughts and then will discuss them. for the remaining time.
