Muzik Masti Unplugged.

There will be a selection of acoustic instruments available for drum workouts and quieter ensembles. Join in with some sound activities by coming along to listen to or be a part of an indoor thunderstorm, clapping music, an enormous sneeze, an international zoo, a game of simultaneous invisible (noisy) frisbee with soccer,
Alphabet Amphitheater, Onomatopoeic Orchestra, Cacophony Choir (similar to Finland’s Shouting Men), and the Cosmicorus hum.

Anyone can enjoy participating in these.

This stage believes that everyone is a natural artist / musician / performer so we set things up in such a way that everyone can join in / contribute. There will be music /sound activities for musicians and non-musicians equally.

We would like submissions from people, composers or non-composers, of compositions that have parts for musicians and non-musicians. These compositions can be written by anybody, even someone who only has the vaguest idea of a kind of sound or combination of sounds or sound world or composition (long or short, fast or slow, quiet or noisy) that they would like to offer to a specific or non specific, large or small, group of participants to develop.

Visit the Muzik Masti stage at Agile 2009. It will be a comfortable place to hang out, meet people, hear some interesting and unusual music, and surprise yourself by producing some interesting (and maybe unusual) music.
